Knit Knook is one of 14 local Colorado front range yarn shops participating in the 2022 Yarn Along the Rockies yarn crawl! Mark your calendars – you don’t want to miss this event. We will have crawl totes and project bags, special stitch markers, yarn kits, a trunk show that first weekend and more. Be sure to enter in the shop drawing while you visit Knit Knook for the yarn crawl.

Our shop will have extended hours during the nine day event. Mondays-Saturdays 10am – 4pm and Sundays 1pm – 4pm. More details can be found on the crawl website and Facebook pages.


Join us that first yarn crawl weekend for the conifer collective trunk show! Audry will be in the shop both Saturday and Sunday August 13-14th with a table full of her beautiful yarn. She’s even dyeing up a special colorway just for the 2022 yarn crawl. Stop by and grab yourself some squishy, beautiful yarny heaven! Our special yarn crawl and trunk show hours are: August 13th 10am – 4pm; and August 14th 1pm-4pm.

Our shop is open for in-store shopping Tuesdays – Saturdays 10am – 4pm. Our online store is available 24/7 so you can still check what we have in inventory, place an order to pickup or have shipped, or just plan what you want to get on your next trip to Knit Knook in person. Nearly all of the shop’s inventory is available online, but if you don’t see what you need, or have questions about items listed, please contact the shop. We still offer in-store appointments to those who prefer to come in when there are no others in the shop. Please contact the shop ahead of time to set up an appointment.

Below is a list of the current updates for our shop as per COVID-19 guidance.

  • If you are sick, please stay home! Even if you don’t have COVID-19, please do not enter the shop sick and expose any of us to illness. We are happy to help you remotely until you are feeling well again.
  • Masks are not required in the shop. It is recommended to wear a mask when/if current Covid levels are high in our area.
  • We will have hand sanitizer available for your use.
  • We welcome groups back to the table for social knitting. Please be considerate and mindful of others while you sit and knit. If someone at the table prefers we are all wear masks while that person is present, please be prepared to wear a mask. Thank you for respecting the health of everyone at Knit Knook!
